Home made chicken tikka masala and steamed rice.

Some potato pops to mob up some sauce.

Looks good. I made seared salmon, but I overlooked the sauce. At least the fish was ok and the rice and veggies were pretty good. Nobody went hungry.

Nice. I do like a bit of salmon on steamed rice. Tenderstem broccoli goes great with it.

I made it a bit hotter today. Normally I spice the cooking oil and remove the dried chilli, this time I fine chopped it and left it in.

Leftover pozole, or at least, my take on it using barley instead of hominy:

It really is, though I made too much I think.

We like spicy food, so that sounds great! I think next time I’ll sear the salmon separately from the sauce. The salmon was perfectly cooked but the sauce was awful.

Tomorrow will be easy since we planned for enchilada casserole.

I like spicy, but think I went a bit further than I wanted to on this occasion.

I like chipotle marinaded salmon, then pan seared and then remove the skin prior to serving.
